We guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may simply return it for a full refund of merchandise cost or an exchange within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.
The item must be returned in its’ original condition. You will be responsible for the proper packaging of the return. The product price will be refunded in full. Shipping charges are non-refundable for general returns.

In the instance of a defective/broken product or incorrect order, we will gladly replace the item free of charge or refund all costs (including shipping charges) associated with the purchase. To be eligible for full a full replacement or refund for a defective or broken item, contact us within 10 days of delivery. After 10 days, the item may be subject to our standard 30-day return policy.
In the instance of a refused or unclaimed shipment, shipping charges will not be refunded.
When will I be credited for my return?
We credit your account as soon as we process your return and receive the merchandise, generally within 1 to 5 business days following the receipt of the return. Check with your bank or credit card institution to see when they will report the credit to your account.
