How do I place an online order?
- Find the product you want to purchase and add it to your order by simply clicking the “Add to Cart” button. You will be taken to your personal shopping cart where this item has now been added.
- You may continue to shop by clicking the “Continue Shopping” button or
- You may begin your checkout.
- To checkout you will be asked for billing, shipping and payment information. Once this information is complete, just click “Place Order” button to complete your order.
- A confirmation page will display your completed order and you will receive a confirmation via email, too.

Can I place an order over the phone?
While we prefer that you place your order online, you may also place your order via telephone. Please follow the steps below to ensure an expedient phone transaction.

- Leave a brief message if you reach our voice mail. We may be in the studio making too much noise to hear the phone ring.

Why do some items say “sold” or “no longer available?”
Some of the items offered are one-of-a-kind or limited edition items. “Sold” or “no longer available” indicates that this item has been recently purchased. Please check the site often as similar items may become available.
Will the item I order look exactly like the picture?
Our items are handcrafted by us, so each piece has unique characteristics and personality. There may be slight variations in some products including color and detail. We strive to make sure that the product shown is what you will receive.
Can I request that an item be sent to someone as a gift?
Of course! Any item from ECStewart Designs can be sent to a gift recipient.
Can I request a gift be gift wrapped?
At this time, we cannot gift wrap your items. We can however enclose a special hand written note to your recipient on one of our lovely classic notecards.
